“The program has been a great success at voestalpine in Linz.
We had a success rate after one year of 80%.
Our study evaluated smoking cessation seminars in the occupational setting by a telephone survey on average 3 years after the seminar.
Of the 510 persons 51.4 % said they were still non-smokers while 48.6 % declared to be smoking again.
