Before, I really didn’t crave — and wan’t uncontrollable around — white flour and starchy carbs. My big problem has always been with sugar, and most pointedly CHOCOLATE. It feels amazing to not crave chocolate, or engineer my life around picking up just one little candy thing “while I’m out”. My fridge is loaded with fresh fruits and vegetables, and my pantry with nuts, and I eat really really well.
